The rain has stopped, and the temperature is lovely outside.
There are two big events happening this upcoming weekend.
Underground Show & Shine, a car show at the Kimberley's Underground Mining Railway, complete with food trucks, beer garden and free train rides for kids.
KOREfest + Localpalooza, a new 2 day outdoor gear and music festival happening in the Platzl. Local Kootenay brands will be there showing off their gear. Live music will be happening all weekend. You can even get your outdoor gear mended by the Kore Rehub Program.
While you’re hanging out in the Platzl this weekend be sure to check out the sidewalk sales and other promotions happening at the local stores. I’ve been told there will be deals all weekend long.
